Arriving and Getting Around Akron via Road

Akron is known for its excellent road connectivity. The city is bisected by two primary interstate highways – Interstate 76 and Interstate 77. While I 76 is a great way to reach the city from east or west, I 77 provides easy access to Cleveland and nearby areas.

Once you have reached the city, you can either take Route 8 or Route 59, both of which provide easy access to the center of Akron city. The best part about Akron is that there is very few places that are more than 10 minutes drive from an expressway.
